However many people in border communities from the USA have Canadian medical cards. I know of nobody that has been deprived of health care here, but have family that died in California from what should have been minor treatment. Nobody in the Canadian system other than your Dr. will recommend/ or not any proceedure. If you dont like that you can change Dr.s it is called second opinion. I do not know your motive but youve presented false and missleading information. Canadas system and that of many other countries COVERS EVERYBODY EQUALLY no e4xceptions period!!
